Black Gay Men’s Blog has opened up the events section, so feel free to Contact Us if you would like your event listed on the blog. We will list a range of events on the blog – from LGBT events, to health and wellness, to HIV/AIDS education and awareness events, the arts(including shows by black gay and LGBT artists), book readings, group travel and cruises, festivals and gay pride events, LGBT business launch parties, black gay nightclubs and nightlife and any other event that might be of interest to the black LGBT community. We will not list events of an overtly sexual nature, such as sex parties, or events from organizations promising to make people straight or pray the gay away, like one we received today(sorry there just isn’t proof that it works, even if some of our readers were interested, besides it simply irks me).
If you would like your black gay, LGBT or other event listed on the blog, simply use the form on the Contact Us page and we will get back to you. If you think your event would benefit from an interview on Black Gay Men’s Blog, we will gladly arrange one. We are open to a variety of events, but reserve the right not to list an event for whatever reason. Priority will always be given to events we think our blog readers would really benefit from and those that are in keeping with the general tone of the blog.
